Foundations to Fire is a progressive yoga experience designed to meet you exactly where you are and take you further than you thought possible. We start by refining the fundamentals, building confidence, strength, and clarity, then gradually turn up the heat so you can move with power, purpose, and trust in your body. Expect breakthroughs on and off the mat.
Summer Solstice 108 Sun Salutations
In yogic tradition, 108 is a sacred number because it represents wholeness, completion, and cosmic order:
108 energy lines converge at the heart chakra
108 Upanishads in yogic philosophy
108 beads in a mala for meditation
12 zodiac signs x 9 planets = 108
The distance between earth and sun = 108x the Sun’s diameter
So 108 symbolically represents the connection between the human body, nature and the universe.
The practice will take about 45 minutes and then celebrate the longest day of the year with

No experience needed. This Partner & Acro Yoga Workshop is all about connection, trust, and play. Through guided partner poses, communication, and light acro exploration, you’ll learn how to support and be supported on and off the mat. Come with a partner or be paired with one. Expect laughter, movement, and genuine connection.

Hands on Assists & Adjustments CE Yoga Teacher Training
In this 2 day Continuing Education Yoga Teacher Training you will learn Hands On Assists and Adjustments for a variety of poses and the knowledge of when to use them with confidence.
Saturday July 25th from 6:30pm - 9:30pm
Sunday July 26th from Noon - 3pm
This session is meant for certified yoga teachers but we do welcome anyone interest
