This dynamic flow series is rooted in the powerful Baptiste methodology, centering around the key sections of Journey into Power. Designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus, this practice combines breath and movement to challenge both body and mind, guiding you through a transformative experience on and off the mat.

This practice follows the classic sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, offered in 60, 75, and 90-minute formats. Set in a heated environment, it’s designed to systematically work every muscle, tendon, ligament, and joint, promoting strength, flexibility, and detoxification while enhancing mental clarity and focus.

This practice focuses on moving all major joints and muscles in the body through their functional range of motion. Doing multiple repetitions of each posture, guided breath, builds strength to address imbalances darling living imposes on our body. The foundational movements of this class are a complement to the 26 & 2 practice and can be seen as an introduction to this class.

Unlike Yin Yoga, where poses rely on gentle stretching and muscular release, Restorative uses props to fully hold each pose for extended periods of time. Perfect for anyone seeking stillness, recovery and deep relaxation.
