  • I took my ATHA method level 1 training in Costa Rica. A yoga training is not a retreat. We got up early and stayed up late. Worked through what we knew, had to know and what to improve onion understanding posture and practice by knowledgeable and experienced mentors and teachers. The ATHA method is good for new teachers and the most experienced teachers as it is all collaborative and realizes the world is big and the craft is ancient and the learning is forever.
