Level 2 is designed for teachers who are ready to explore more. You’ll step into four distinct class styles within the ATHA Method, learning how to adapt, cue and sequence with confidence for different bodies, energies, and environments.

Through hands-on practice, real-time feedback and guided mentorship, you’ll leave with the skill and experience to teach a wider range of classes and meet your students where they are.

Build strength, heat and stamina with intelligent sequencing and creative transitions. This is where we offer inversions and arm balances.

POWER

A dynamic, progressive approach to movement and conditioning. This is our cardio class where we teach 18 pose sequences one breath to one movement.

LADDER

Teach with a deeper intention into the philosophy of yoga. Include mudras, chakras and the 8 limbs as a variety of themes for the class.

HATHA

Learn functional movement to support healthy, sustainable bodies on and off the mat. We take your regular flow class and move the body in new ways to keep it interesting and progressive.
