Join us for a two-part Myofascial Release workshop designed to help you move better, feel lighter, and understand your body on a deeper level. Using therapy balls and intentional techniques, we will explore how fascia affects mobility, posture, and everyday tension and how to release it effectively.

Part 1: Lower Body Release

Focus on feet calves, hamstrings, hips, and glutes. This session is ideal for anyone dealing with tight hips, low back discomfort, limited mobility, or feeling “stuck” in their lower body.

Part 2: Upper Body Release

Target the shoulders, neck, chest, upper back, arms, and hands. Perfect for relieving tension from desk work, stress, repetitive movement, or overuse in yoga and training,

Each workshop blends education, guided release techniques, and mindful movement so you leave feeling both informed and deeply restored.

  • Attend one session for $45

  • Attend both sessions for $80

  • Therapy balls will be available for purchase after class so you can continue your practice at home. You are also welcome to bring your own therapy balls if you have them.
